HALAL SUPERVISION & MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Daily Halal Slaughter Record Keeping
AHCB assigns an officer for each processing or slaughtering facility. The assigned officer will strictly make sure all animals and birds slaughtered under halal are properly labeled, packed, stored, shipped and documented daily. These records will help future internal audits. These documents make the auditor's job easy as the facility has established and well documented Halal Critical Points (HCP).
Note: AHCB ensures that confidentiality is always maintained for all records and documentations.

Non-Conformance Record
Our officers present at halal meat slaughtering/processing facility document each occurrence of NCR. Each documented NCR is immediately presented to both the management and the AHCB's team. Minor NCR is considered as a non halal risk while a major NCR means serious non halal risk which requires a rapid corrective action program designed in the halal product flow chart.
Halal logistics records
This is to assure logistics of raw material, ingredients of finished halal products and the final halal product are properly monitored and documented.

Final Storage
Our assigned officer present at each facility to assure finished meat products are kept in a proper cold storage area that is safe, hygienic and separate from non-halal products.
